Noise control principles for silent power station diesel generator sets. There are two methods for noise control:

II. Control noise propagation paths. Reducing source noise is generally difficult to achieve, and only processing it on its propagation path is possible. The key to controlling noise propagation paths is to use the method of natural attenuation of sound waves during propagation to reduce the pollution area of noise. Specific measures include: 1. Sound absorption 2. Sound insulation 3. Changing the direction of noise propagation. In actual projects, sometimes one method is used, and sometimes three methods are used together according to the needs. The majority of measures use three methods together: sound absorption and sound insulation treatment for the intake and exhaust ports; changing the direction of noise propagation for the exhaust port; sound absorption treatment for walls and ceilings, etc. Yangke Company reminds users that while controlling the noise of the machine room, they must pay attention to the ventilation, heat dissipation, lighting, and illumination of the machine room.

The following steps apply to the first start-up of a generator set equipped with an automatic start-up control system, or the first start-up after the generator set has been shut down for maintenance and repair for a period of time.

Pressing the emergency stop button or turning the control switch to "STOP" will stop the engine at any time.

Before restarting, release the emergency stop button by rotating it clockwise. At the same time, turn the control switch to the manual "STOP" position and reset the fault key to clear the alarm fault.

1. Perform pre-start checks as per Section 2

2. Connect the battery to the engine, positive terminal first, then the load.

3. Lubricate the lubrication system well. First disconnect the throttle cable or throttle switch power supply, then press the main controller start button (START) to start the unit until the oil pressure is displayed on the instrument or main controller. If there is still no oil pressure after three automatic rotations, stop and check the reason for no oil pressure. Continuous starting in a system that fails to deliver oil normally will cause unburned fuel to accumulate in the exhaust system, posing a potential explosion hazard.

4. Fill the fuel system with a hand oil pump and bleed the air trapped in the oil filter. (See diesel engine manual)

Starting: Set the main controller to the manual start position and press the start button. (If the machine is too cold and the machine has a built-in preheater, the preheating time can be set in the main controller program.

The diesel engine will automatically start three times until it starts. If it fails to start, the control system will lock in the "start failure" state and the fault indicator light will light up on the control panel. If this happens, refer to the "Diesel Engine Manual" to find the reason for the failure to start.

If multiple starts fail, remove the exhaust pipe joint to allow the unburned oil and gas to dissipate. Once the oil and gas (white smoke) dissipates and other faults that prevent starting are eliminated, reinstall the exhaust pipe and restart.

5. Check for abnormal noise or vibration.

6. Check for leaks in the liquid and exhaust systems.

7. Check the control panel for any abnormal indications, especially abnormally high temperatures or very low oil pressure. The oil pressure should enter the normal range about 10 seconds after starting.

8. Check the voltage and frequency displayed on the control panel. The voltage is the factory-set rated voltage. The load frequency of a 50 Hz unit should be approximately 52 Hz, and the load frequency of a 60 Hz unit should be approximately 62 Hz (the frequency of an electronic governor or electronic injection unit can be preset to an ideal value close to the rated frequency). There are three methods for adjusting the voltage: If the control panel is equipped with a voltage adjustment potentiometer, the voltage can be adjusted through this potentiometer; fine-tuning can also be done through a potentiometer in the automatic voltage regulator installed in the alternator terminal box; changing the voltage output requires changing the alternator windings, and the winding terminals are in the terminal box. For detailed connections, please refer to the "Alternator Manual". Do not turn on the circuit breaker when checking the phase.

9. When the generator is generating voltage, install a phase meter on one side of the generator circuit breaker to check the phase. This should be done by a qualified technician.

10. Shutdown: Press the emergency stop button or press "STOP" on the main controller to stop the machine.

11. When checking the remote start device, release the emergency stop button and turn the control switch to the "AUTO" position. Input the remote start signal, and the engine will start according to the above procedure. Clear the remote start signal, and the engine should stop.
